Not an open box unit.
OK, so initially the pedal board fired up and seemed fine, then I took it to an off site rehearsal and my MKII Venue amp would not recognize it at all, and yes, I swapped out numerous cables before anything else, I had to manually change the channel/voicing during rehearsal. So, when I got home I tried to figure out what was wrong, I discovered that the input jack on the pedal appeared to be not making a good contact, so I opened up the pedal. Wow!! Much to my surprised, it appears that there had been a PCB repair one of the indicator lights, so much for being an "open box" right? With some adjusting to the input jack (i.e. connection bending) it appears to be more stable, but time will tell when I go to rehearsal again.
