Genuine Belkin Lightning Audio + Charge Rockstar Adapter Splitter MFI Approved works great! Can charge and use headphones at the same time. Don't go for the cheap imitation buy quality.

Surprisingly good quality
I purchased two of the 28" 110V AC electric Ceiling Fan Energy Saving Indoor Ceiling fan Outdoor for a rental apartment that has no ceiling fixture. I hope to save some money in AC bill. So far it has met and surpassed expectations. It keeps the areas I choose comfortable while not lowering the thermostat. Though I had to use extention cord as the original is too short for my needs.
