Highly recommend
I am happy with the product performance so far. All functions are working - has been 5 days now. My experience for installing was fine, using the right YouTube video for my 2013 F150 Platinum. I Could not have done it w/o finding the video for my trim level. It is quite a process as you start at the glove box and work your way over to the center console to switch out the screens. Add to this installing a new antenna (easy, just more screws and steps) and swapping out the phone plug in and USB port in my center console for one that is compatible with Apple Car Play--again, not difficult, just another step.
The most difficult part for me was the location of some of the screws - having to get way up under the dash at an angle and have only a quarter turn clearance for my socket wrench (I needed a longer extension). But, even with my rudimentary skills, all went well and it has been plug 'n play from the moment I first turned on the power.
