Great upgrade for old Mac Mini
2 personnes sur 2 ont jugé cet avis utile. I acquired an old A1176 Mac Mini which had OSX 10.4 installed. It had the 1.8 Core Duo chip so it could not run the newer 64 bit OS. Snow Leopard was the only viable modern OS upgrade. This listing provided a new DVD version at a reasonable price.
I'm new to the Apple environment and was surprised at the relative ease and speed of the installation even with the 32 bit chip. I highly recommend the upgrade for those unwilling to do the difficult CPU swap to the Core 2 Duo.
