Very easy to use outlets

These outlets are great! We use them for lights, such as: China Cabinet, string lights over the TV, lights in inside plants, etc. They are great for mood lighting. Easy to install and use. They are just great.

Backup Camera w/Garmin

I have a Garmin Dezl 760 GPS. It has backup camera capabilities, so I mounted it in my car for use with the wireless backup camera kit. I had to obtain a video cable compatible with the Garmin unit. The system works flawlessly. The transmitter is powered by the backup lights. When in reverse, the Garmin switches from MAP to Backup camera. It all works great. Installation is relatively easy. The cables for the camera must be routed into the tailgate or trunk lid, either through a drilled hole in the metal or through the license plate lamp assembly. Once routed, power for the transmitter is connected to the backup light cable via pinch-type connectors. At the dash, methods of powering the GPS and receiver vary according to the make and model of the vehicle. With a little thought, it should not be too difficult. It is worth the effort for safety's sake and works great.
