good quality item with good results
ON is a good brand with good quality control and budget prices.

Build quality is good but description is not accurate.
Fits the Charge TTi but the description claims the tool can be carried in the open position with the pliers out. This isn't true because the sheath has no hole in the bottom for the pliers. I cut one and it fits fine. The elastic for the accessories is also too loose to hold small items like the bit extender so I sewed that in half and now it holds.

Good leather paint
Very Good leather paint. The cap also includes a small brush. Easy to apply and dries with a slight satin finish.
The sapphire blue, Buttercup, copper and Fire Red worked to create the arizona flag colors.
