My new favorite!
I originally ordered this book because it had been highly recommended to me by many mothers who were preparing for natural births, as well as women who were trained birth professionals. As an expecting mother of my second child, pursuing a drug-free VBAC, AND as a childbirth doula in training, this book was just right for me!
It was amazing to see the way that the author speaks of her experiences and it makes me relate to her in many ways. I appreciate her as a woman, and as a birth professional who has worked her way to the top and experienced things that most of us would shudder at.
I will warn you that I DID cry reading a few of the stories mentioned about some of the women that she delivered for... my heart goes out to them!
WONDERFUL non-fiction! I strongly recommend this book!
(I am buying it for my Kindle as well since it is so wonderful)

Great for class.
I needed this for my general psych class and when I received the book, I was impressed to see how well the information was protrayed.
I honestly think that there could be better pictures since some were outdated, but the knowledge attained was easy to see.

Best edition to Pokemon ever!
7 personnes sur 8 ont jugé cet avis utile. I happily own all of the Pokemon games released up until this point and can safely say that I find this game to be the best ever!
For starters, the graphics are incredible.. I am in love with the 3D variety that comes along with the new game and can only imagine how awesome it looks on the 3DS (which I regrettably, do not own).
The Pokemon themselves are very unique and I enjoyed the fact that none of the older pokemon were introduced until after the player has won.
Overall, however, I would say it takes a lot more work to beat the bosses than the other games... I am used to having one or two strong pokemon and being able to defeat the Elite 4, champion, and bosses with no issues by using just those, but this time I had to really work hard to level all of my pokemon up to high levels to have a clear shot at true victory.
