The book provides far more strategy and tools than theory. Many folks will like that.
The plan provides many comparisons and gives examples of exactly what to substitute for different meals. This is good. No ambiguity in this regard.
The premise is simple: we eat to get full. Identify filling low calorie foods that are healthy and there you have it.
I am waiting to take this diet on as my New Year's resolution. Check back with me for my results.

A good pet simulation game if you don't have a DS

Enjoy the ownership of a pet without a lot of the hassle.

The first of the games of this series
