  Pliers finally arrived after a leisurely back roads excursion on USPS. Each of the 4 pliers was individually wrapped with care inside the box, which was fortified with filament tape. I wish that all Ebay sellers had the same commitment to good packaging as this seller does. He also tracked the package until it was finally delivered, and notified me of the delays. This is as good as Ebay ever gets !
