NO OPERATOR"S MANUAL
I don't know if its worthwhile or not.I can't use it. It came in an opened box without the operator's manual' that the decal on the unit says to refer to..

The finest
This particular unit might have appeared to be well worn in the auction photo, but it is a Master Lock. I have used many other lock brands over 50 years, and I have come to an undeniable conclusion. Master Locks are far and away the finest there are to be found anywhere.
