  I purchased a drone listed as 'as is' but was described to be functioning except for a missing remote. When I received the product the battery included and listed with the drone as functioning did not work. I contacted the seller and asked for a replacement battery. He said the product was listed as is and the description didn't matter. I would not recommend purchasing an as is item from them regardless of how it's described.
