Not a precisely made tool, but you can modify to make it work.
Threads removal and install rods not cut properly
Plate mounting screw holes don't line up correctly. I had to enlarge the holes
Bearing press pilot shoulder should be machined a bit deeper. Does not completely seat the bearing. You might have to use the old bearing, between the pilot and new bearing, to push in to the proper depth
If you're will do do the modification, then the tool will work
