  The wheels were popping off as soon as we took it out of the box, and when we did do enough to see if it would run, the rods were stuck in place and the wheels didn't move. Train was listed as "new other", which is laughable. The seller did inform me after the return request that the item was "fixed" by someone and that they hadn't taken it out of the box since it was "fixed". The seller was nice, but the bottom line is the train was broken and my son was sad. Quality test what you are selling

  I mis-spoke in my original feedback. The seller said the item was "tested" by an experienced person and a video was taken of the test but they didn't know how to attach the video. Really, the only "test" that matters is when the customer received the item and uses it. The seller is nice, and I don't believe it was intentional that they sold a broken item. My simple advice is to do quality control on anything you sell, just to be sure something like this doesn't happen.
