Cannot read ink cartridge
2 personnes sur 2 ont jugé cet avis utile. I was pleased to see a replacement cartridge for my printer at such a reasonable price. I have purchased many refurbished computer parts and components over the years and have had little to no issues, until now. I loaded the cartridge as directed. It fit and was accepted by the printer. After i tried to print several pages I kept receiving an error message. One message said the cartridge needed to be replaced. The next message said the ink volume could not be read. I am now unable to print at all!! I regret this purchase. It was a complete waste of money and defeated the entire purpose of my order. I have removed and replaced the cartridge as instructed. I also followed the instruction card that came with the replacement ink. I'm beyond frustrated. I wish I would have tried the cartridges first before giving them 5 stars base on price and delivery speed.
