I can't wait to dive into this over coffee. Frankl had it right. His view on life is quite amazing. When he came out of a concentration camp and still remained positive enough to live, is a mind blowing concept that can encourage many out there today facing trials and traumas. That's not even the half of it. How did he do it? I think this is a must read (just from the preface) so that people can have hope that what they may have suffered and gone through is able to be the very thing that they can overcome, now able to live healthier, hopeful, and meaningful lives.
