Disappointed, but grateful.
Everything is fine except the plastic interior of the mug. I use a tall glass beer mug instead. I understand that there is a mug with a steel interior available for this brewer. If I had known that, I would have paid a little more for the brewer and the steel mug. I wish that would have been advertised more prominently as an alternative offer. A steel permanent filter would be nice also. I've used it 4 or 5 times and I refuse to complain; I'm getting hot coffee.
