He did excellent service on my JVC HR-9800U that was having issues with tapes not loading/getting stuck and grinding noises while fast forwarding and rewinding. The timeline from start to finish was very quick, and was extremely well packaged for return. Additionally, I had some questions after getting it back which he helped me with and even paid to have me ship it back so he could re-check everything. Thanks!

Unfortunately the eBay was unable to ship the DVCAM player abroad from it's International Shipping Hub, however, this is not seller's fault. The payment was refunded. Probably the shipping company has a problem with a shipping to Israel. Anyway, highly recommended.
