Great Figure But Paint Chips
The figure itself is great. It’s awesome to see how a large robot like Megatron can transform into a Walter. The only real negative about the figure is the paint chips easily when you transform him.

A Great Masterpiece
This is a great collectors toy. The articulation on it is pretty good and it’s what you expect from a Masterpiece. MP-02 is the Hasbro release. It’s identical to the Takara version with only a few minor paint applications. The biggest difference is the Hasbro version of Soundwave has the yellow eyes.
It’s an easy fix if you want the red eyes. Just unscrew the back of the head and remove the two eye pieces then paint red. His cassette mini-cons are really impressive. It’s really cool seeing something as flat as the cassettes turn into robots that have surprisingly good articulation being that small.
I recommend it to any toy collector who loves Transformers. Even if you aren’t a fan of the character he is worth getting because of the simple but fun transformation. You also get five mini-cons that can transform and they look great with each other.
