Why pay more?
Just fished with this for the first time and love it! It's quiet, the drag adjustment is smooth and sensitive (meaning you can make very fine adjustments to the drag resistance), reeling in and pulling line out are both very smooth, it looks great! Very happy with this purchase.

Quality on a budget!
This instrument plays great right out of the box! I oiled the valves when I first opened it about a week ago and I haven't had to re-oil them since! The valves are super smooth and quick. The trumpet plays with a big open sound from low F# to above high C. All the tuning slides move with the appropriate amount of resistance. This horn absolutely smokes the low cost student horns of the past!
