TECSUN PL398BT PLL DSP Bluetooth World Band Dual Speaker Radio

The TECSUN PL398BT is my best BLC radio.

The stereo speakers sound adequate and, combined with the size of the enclosure and the length of the antenna, provide clear reception. The Bluetooth capabilities are basic, but adequate for my needs. I pair it with my smart phone and enjoy music and radio programs on my smart phone. Pairing with a smart phone is adequate for modern usage. If you have a TECSUN radio, it will work fine. But even if you don't have one, operation is simple and straightforward. I will say that the hand strap is located near the antenna connector, which is a bit annoying. Volume controls 5 and 6 vary the volume quite a bit. This takes some getting used to. It is often overshadowed by the PL398MP, but it is an excellent product and I would recommend the PL398BT if you can find it, even if the PL398MP is an option.
