No admin rights

Simple, it installed great. However, doesn't play at all because I don't have admin rights. It's not worth the cost of me shipping this back. So I will just live with the lost money and look for a legitimate copy of this item.

Missing Brother parts.

These are refills which may not be bad except in this case. One did leak all over the place and I am still trying to clean out the yellow port. The other issue was they were all missing part of the cartridge needed to install them in the Brother printer. So a complete loss.
