Missing a 5-star score because...
Contributing the largest percentage loss down from 5 to 4 start was the thickness of the band in the display area. Most (but not all) of my dress shirts are challenged to easily ride over the band. An personal annoyance to have to reach down to pull the cuff back over the band, but for me, that makes a difference to make it a 5-star rating.
This meets the as-advertised 4-day charge. I almost didn't buy the unit based on that alone -- but almost all fitness trackers lack on stretching it out a full week between charges so I shouldn't deduct from 5-stars for that but did anyways (why? because the customer is always right!)
Love the stair-climb tracking (big buy point for me), as I take the stairs up to my office 99% of the time. Pleasantly surprised with ability to side-swipe the day temp range display to see the current day with 3 additional day forecast. Equally pleased with the side-swipe display to see the last four hours graphic display of heart rate with low/high numbers. Lastly, I was a prior Vivosmart owner of earlier model - I knew the software app for the cell-phone was as detailed as they get; tons of data to pour over if you are into that.
In summary, an overall great job from Garmin (stellar is 5-stars)! But as noted, thickness needs to be reduced at the top display area, and charge-life needs to be improved.

Electronic Greatness!
Mechanically sound. Audio playback quality is perfect; rich and balanced sound. Playing CDs I’ve owned and listened to many times in the car or other audio systems, sounds like an entirely new experience. No issues paying mp3 tunes self recorded to disc either. Great aidiots investment!

Disappointed
Purchased only as promoted to ensure a good ceramic seal with the liquid ceramic I was using on my repainted wheels to protect them from the brake heat. No where in the ad does it say to NOT use on repainted surfaces. After also buying the specific towel recommended to wipe/buff with after spraying did I find the application damaged my repaint. Reading the bottle GTechniq bottle again, I noticed that I missed that last word in the paragraph of what not to use it on - repaint. Product may be good, but with all the restrictions of items of what NOT to use it on, it doesn't seem worth it and I deem it a waste of money. A 50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water in a spray bottled seems to work for cleaning off oil, etc. in preparation for applying the ceramic liquid.
