Oldie but a Goodie
There are a few things in here that are a bit dated, but in general the concept is sound.
Tracking and accountability are always helpful. Human nature has not changed, so the sections dealing with behavior modification are still on point. All in all, who would not benefit from Eating Better, Moving More and Stressing Less?
Highly recommend.

Good family movie
Saw this many years ago when my oldest child was young. Now I am sharing it with my grandkids. No fancy effects, sex scenes, etc. but a good story line. Touches my heart every time I watch it.

What an energetic workout!
This classic is still as effective today as it was when it first rocked the fitness world!
