Authentic vanilla at an affordable price.

100% pure vanilla, no added sugar, corn syrup, or vanillin. Because of no additives, you get more vanilla to work with. It will need a dash of sugar to enhance its flavor, but not too much. Be sure to get this and not the Vanilla Blend which does have the additives. This is Mexican Vanilla which is quite different than Madagascar. Mexican has more aroma and it is very strong. This is similar to "Los Cincos Soles" brand if you ever had that.

Upgrade your movie experience with this Blu ray movie.

Master and Commander has been one of my most favorite movies of all time. So, when I got a Blu ray player, I knew a good test of the differance from DVD to Blu ray would be this movie. Watching it in Blu ray is like watching it again for the first time when I saw it in the theatre. Everything in picture and sound quality is amazingly good. This movie is beautiful in DVD, but breath-taking in Blu ray!

I remember...

As a kid growing up in the 50's and 60's, I saw a lot of history in the making, this story being one of them. The tensions depicted are pretty accurate. As children, we were perpetually scared. The friction between the U.S. and the Soviets was always present. The incident of the pilot shot down only further intensified the already cool state of affairs between us. This was all a precursor to the Cuban missile crisis and the Bay of Pigs incident. This is one of the sparks to the escalation of a potential nuclear war. Great character acting, particularly by the man who played the Soviet agent. Terribly convincing. Tom Hanks turns in his usually good performance, too. This movie is among my top ten now. It has been some time for a recent movie to reach my list of favorites.
