2004 Chev Suburban LT hatch lift strut.
Great product. Easy install (see YouTube videos for help). I'd recommend two person install since the hatch is very heavy!! At $29 for the pair for the quality I'd say it's s great value. Very happy!

Maintaining weight...Great Meal Replacement
After I reached my goal and lost 25 lbs with an aggressive low calorie weight loss plan I needed to switch up my calorie intake from weight low as calories to weight maintain calories. In other words I needed to find a healthy way to increase my calories in order not to lose any more weight. Combining this Boost drink with one serving of 1% milk and one serving of whole plain Greek yogurt provides me with a solid amount of calories for the morning getting my day started off right. You live it. Plus the flavor is great. It’s fine in its own but I dilute it in my milk which is fine too.
