Perfect for strips that don't reach the rgb header.
If you have a Phanteks case with an rgb strip, sometimes the rgb header is positioned in a way where you can set your strip vertically and you're only choice is to let it sit over the psu shroud which looks really bad. The extension let's you place the strip in a vertical position and that makes your build look more clean and professional.
