Apple A1521 AirPort Extreme Base Station Wireless Router

Great Router!

Though it is an over 8 year old design, the 802.11ac, now called WiFi 5, used in this router is still every bit up to date and still the standard today. These routers do have one issue and it involves a glitch making the router think it’s overheating, but toggle the ‘File Sharing’ setting makes it disappear permanently and it never fails to work. I purchased this unit recently to add as a base station to an existing router that is the same model number that I’ve had to eight years and it’s worked great!

Really Stands Up!

Great stand if your looking for one that allows you to just permanently mount the Saw to it and go! Gas shock makes raising and lowering this stand a cut above all the other similar stands on the market! It is a heavy weight stand but it’s very easy to roll and maneuver. My stand did require me to bend the tab that locks it closed before the pin would engage properly, but I think this is actually a design flaw since the welds and components all lined up, were square and were welded properly, no big deal. I highly recommend this stand above all others I have experienced at time price point!
