Conditional recommendation

Avon True Color Wide Awake Mascara is not great for lashes that need help
Pros: Good brush separates lashes beautifully; application is good; color is good. It's a good mascara if you have good lashes to begin with. It doesn't flake off or smudge under my eyes. I would recommend it to people who need color on their beautiful natural lashes . . . the price is right and I do like the way it applies.
Cons: I see no "lifting" nor curling, no thickening, no lengthening. Can't recommend this mascara for lashes that need help.
