Decent book

Some of the hikes are on private property and restricted from use, therefore drove for miles only to find DO NOT ENTER signs. Some have old info. An updated version would be good. Used it on several hikes and glad we made copies of the hikes as didn't want to carry the entire book. Very specific description excellent on those hikes.

Excellent resource book for healthy eating

I ordered the book and immediately read the first 10 chapters. The next day went grocery shopping for the recommended food. In 2 weeks, 2 days am down 9#. Feel better, look better and daily exercise giving me more energy. Hoping to make it a life changing dietary experience. The book offers so many easy to understand ideas/suggestions on weight loss. Have tried and enjoyed several recipes. Did not see a break down of carbs, fat and protein grams recommended for 1200 calories per day diet so called the 800 # listed on the last page and called. Talked to a nice lady who gave me the daily gram breakdown.
