Quality bed, cheap-looking details...
Although pricey, the bed and linens are well made. However, the gold medallions are cheap gold plastic and uncharacteristic of Rebecca's era. I've come to expect better from American Girl and was disappointed with this bed. I think the newer white frame is an improvement over the original pink one. It is more authentic and better looking. Although I generally go out of my way to preserve AG items in there original condition, I just might try to remove the plastic gold details or paint them with a matte silver to make this bed look better. Kind of a shame...

Unique "square" tea set
Cute tea set but pricey. Wish there were 4 cups and saucers and that it fit on the shelves of the Queen's Treasures hutch.
