i dont know if this is true for all these but the ones i got dont seal well and leak outside of the normal area where the coffee should come out.

Great Cuffs! have a professional feel to them
Great cuffs for my daughter in vocational high school training to be an officer of the law. She loves these because they are professional grade cuffs just for smaller subjects, perfect for her. they probably would not be able go around a larger subjects wrist. they work just like the professional ones out there she says.
