Works great

Easy to wire Easy to mount Easy to program Just wire the flight controller from the ESC the same as what the motor layout is in your GCS. For me it was librepilot....l/f #1, r/f #2, r/r #3, l/r #4. Calibration was a cinch too. No BEC so you need an external power supply. I used the vbat wires to power my vtx. I use it on 4 different sized quads, from 200mm to 600mm.

4lb *CAST IRON finned downrigger weight

Pro's.... 1. This is a good quality CAST IRON weight. 2. Has a decent coating. 3. Won't dent when you drop it. Con's.... 1. It's CAST IRON. 2. Larger diameter than lead. 3. Not worth the extra drag in the water. 4. Will rust. At 4 lb it is the same size as a 6 lb lead weight. If you are set on using 4 lbs for trolling get a finned lead weight it will be smaller and have less drag in the water! Or Use a 6 lb finned lead weight. It has the same coefficient of friction as this 4 lb CAST IRON weight but will run deeper at less angle. I do not recommend this weight but it is a good value and well-made. The picture shows this 4 lb CAST IRON weight next to a 6 lb lead weight. You can see they are the exact same size Did I mention that it's CAST IRON!?
