IT Firmware flashed (P16) not the version advertised (P20) in listing, packaging inadequate.
MISLEADING LISTING: The listing explicitly advertises P20 IT firmware version, while the card arrived with version P16.
I will have to flash it myself, which with SUPERMICRO cards might not be as simple as with LSI ones (separate firmware images, tool not working as reliably). I will manage to do it, but it is significant nuisance.
On a positive note this might be a proof the card is actually brand new and never used.
INADEQUATE PACKAGING: The parcel arrived relatively quick, but was damaged in transit: external envelope was torn to such extent that polish post had to put the parcel into additional plastic bag to avoid further damage, internal flimsy cardboard box partially crushed, thankfully the card in plastic carrier survived. Appears to be working, all electrolytic capacitors and SMD parts seem to be fine, I am still testing it before any serious use.
