I bought this CD because I was making a CD for my mother's birthday. I wanted to include the songs we had listened to together on 8-track when I was a child. I especially like "Daisy Jane" and "I Need You". America is a classic band, talented enough to write their own songs and lyrics.

1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. Listening to Jackson Browne live and raw like this is a quintessential experience. I bought this CD because I knew I would really appreciate the songs I already know in an "unplugged" fashion. This turned out to be the case. I even heard several songs for the first time, including "The Birds of St. Marks." Anyone who loves the sound of Browne's voice and the poetry of his lyrics will enjoy this CD.

Beautiful music for Christmas!
I just love Handel's Messiah. The oratorios and choruses fill my living room and remind me of good times when I got to sing this with a choir. It is very spiritual and the lyrics are straight from Isaiah. This is a beautiful CD.
