Product received as expected
Harddrives arrived with thick bubblewrap, with special cables.
Initial impression is pretty good. SMART shows age of ~3.2 years and ~3.8 years, with around 10-20 power cycles.
Quiet? Obviously not. This is a server-grade drive. They don't really do quiet. But it's not really that noisy.
Fast? Haven't hit it with full workload yet. But so far in a NAS it is fast enough (probably bottlenecked by Wi-fi if anything).
Reliable? So far so good I guess. Time will tell, and fingers crossed it will work even if I power it down for an extended period of time like my then-new Toshiba HDD.
