Excellent customer service. Exactly as described, the figurines look even better than their photos. Such a good price, I am very happy with my purchase. Each item was so carefully wrapped in paper, then bubble wrap them more paper in a strong box. Very good communication from the seller and posted very promptly. Wanted this doll for a long time and so thankful to finally have her! Grateful to the seller for giving me a discount when I reached out, very kind of them. The doll arrived quickly and was as described if not better! Packaging was very good, preventing the doll's curly hair from getting crushed or damaged in post.
