  Good sale but item was shipped after the latest date I was supposed to receive it so more than a month between the order and the reception. Tried contacting the seller but no reply until I asked Ebay to look in to it. Book jacket has a fold that doesn't appear on the pictures...

  The problem was that it was not sent to me from eBay for a time period of 2 weeks. The fold was shown and you bought a used book. You got a seriously good deal on it and I coordinated well with you after I figured out what was happening.
