Super value, well made, buy often from them.

Edge of your seat movie
Anyone interested in property management should watch this movie. It truly summarizes just how big of a mess you can get in with tenants, many who are wolves in sheeps clothing. I've managed property 40 years and this movie should be a training film for newbies.

Laughed till my sides hurt
Never laughed so hard at a movie. It's my go-to if I feel down. Outstanding cast.
