    Lack of communication. They need to read and answer questions a lot quicker. They stated I had 3 items. I ended up with 1. They took so long to reply. Which left me not able to order again. Definitely not satisfied with this seller.

Best hands down
I ordered these same willows last year and had great luck with them. They all grew roots and only a couple died later on probably because of something I did or didn't do. I ordered this year but didn't check you make sure it was the same company. When they arrived I was very disappointed. Reorderd from my purchase history and look at the difference. Similar price as well. The tiny ones I've had in water about 1 week and some are starting to show roots. Not saying there is anything wrong with the smaller ones but I'm sure the survivability of the larger ones is much better and the growth rate is probably equally better. And the instructions are fantastic on these. Much better than what showed up with the little guys. If you're looking for a great cutting with a verified purchaser I don't think you'll ever find something better. Very pleased and wanted to say how happy I was with what arrived!
