A great rower

I bought this as my first magnetic rower having previously owned an air rower, so I am in a position to compare. This rower is much quieter (no air rushing around causing wind noise) the only sound is the rollers on the seat sliding up and down the bar. The rowing action and resistance is just the same as the air rower and the user gets a very good cardio vascular and muscle toning workout. The adjustable resistance on this machine means your workout is as hard or as easy as you want it to be. My advice start slowly with very low resistance and a short time period (a beginner will find this difficult enough) and as your strength stamina and technique improve increase resistance and extend the time rowed. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and would certainly recommend it.
