  Never received item. Ebay has no help. Seller originally reached out. Said it was no longer brand new & stated that his bro opened it & then the same item from the seller posted as new? He blamed bro again since "he didn't know any better". He suggested I cancel via eBay, which was rejected by eBay. SO no brand new item for my son for Christmas. I told seller to send it anyway, and I would just suck it up as an accident that it was no longer new in box. He has now LOST item. Out over $100, yay

  The seller never shipped my package. He took longer than it said in the contact questions. But when he was about to, he learned it was damaged and cancelled my order. I appreciate him being responsive and cancelling my order, but he could have tested it before listing the item.
