This extender did not help my speed or distance.

Complete waste of money for me. Nothing changed with my speed or distance. I purchased this to be able to sit on my back porch but truthfully, it didn't make the connection no better!

Handy weather alerts

Being in southeast Texas we tend to get a lot of tornado warnings and we don't have basements. I think it is important to have something loud to wake us up, so we can try to protect our children the best we can. This radio is loud! It will certainly wake up the deepest sleep... The setup was a bit challenging but worth it in the end.
