The best MacBook Pro series made
excellent, very powerful and loaded with programs for media pros. this series of MAcBook Pro still has the CD/DVD Rom built in. Not sure why they got rid of the CD Drives on these other than making it lighter. without the drive it only accounts for a few ounces of weight. not worth the sacrifice. this is why this model is better than most of the newer MacBook Pros out there. when Steve Jobs was alive they made a great product. now that he is gone things are changing the brand has been cheapened by bad marketing and cheaper materials. I'm sure all by a CEO trying to make more money and show what a good executive he is. This particular MacBook Pro is not cheap and IS built to last.
