Best of the James Gang - Cassette tape

For fans of Joe Walsh, the tunes on this tape are a must. I chose to buy it on cassette because they are convenient for me to use, they are very inexpensive, and they last. Joe was one of the early pre-shredder guitar heroes, and to this day he can turn a musical phrase with the best. You can recognize him almost every time. As a semi-inclined guitarist I was greatly influenced by him. However, I also think his gift for lyrics is vastly underrated. Certainly his "The Smoker You Drink The Player You Get" album (which contains "Rocky Mountain Way") is a perfect example of Joe's ability to to put words and music together, and ranks as an all-time classic. This tape however precedes that album by a few years, and is a nice testament to his early development as a singer, songwriter, and guitarist. The fact that he is still selling millions of records (now with the Eagles), all these years later, after overcoming many hardships including alcoholism, proves what a true artist he is and has been. Life's been good!

Best VCR I've Ever Owned

I bought this VCR model approximately 15-20 years ago. I use it mostly to record sports and movies from TV. It is simply the most reliable, and longest lasting VCR I've ever owned. The special effects (Stop Action, Slow Motion Forward and Reverse) are excellent, and very precise, especially for reviewing sports plays. Great picture and stereo sound, with a stronger than normal amp. Expansive menu options. Front and rear input/outputs. More than good enough for most VCR applications. And, again, it lasts forever. This is how they're supposed to work.

AWESOME STORY WITH NO DARK SIDE!

A terrific teen Sci-Fi film. Provides plenty of action and thrills without the customary "dark" elements common in most such films (i.e. "Chronicle"). A refreshing escape, and a fun film. Nicely done. Hoping for a sequel.
