I have two other convection oven cookbooks, and do not think
they are worth the paper they are printed on. Pages 7-22 of The Convection Oven Bible provide clear, useful, easy to understand basic information about
convection cooking. Large clear print and appetizing color photos are a bonus in this cookbook.
