Can you sleep with your eyes wide open?
8 personnes sur 11 ont jugé cet avis utile. How can you fall sleep with your eye wide open looking at blue light and trying to synchronize your breath with a light that slightly chage? I'm side sleeper and being on my back to watch that blue light on the ceiling it make me uncomfortable which is completly oposide to what you have to do to actually fall sleep. I watch to the light and breath in couple minutes I can't keep my eye open and mi mind keep running as usual and i can't fall sleep .bla bla bla and more......

Fisicly the book was in bad shape, the content was the same

too small
too small even when you stretch it and pull it back it doesn't stay in place it size is only like 4" texture and material is good but too small no to resistent
