    I am very happy with my purchase of a used Dell 7490 laptop computer from max_computers_ca. Although the computer was advertised as used, it truly looks like it was never used before. The vendor packaged it very well and had it delivered to me within 2 business days of my payment. I appreciate that the computer is as described on ebay, with no unpleasant surprises. It was very clean physically and in computer terms. I was able to fully utilize the laptop computer right away.

    Unfortunately the part did not work upon arrival however I would still rate this seller as positive because they quickly refunded and accepted my return, and everything was shipped promptly with proper packaging. Mistakes happen and I appreciate this seller's honesty and handling of the situation. Recommended.
