Poor design, poor quality.
what isn't clear from the picture is the areas that don't cover the screen are cheap silicon based plastics. Because of this, the adhesion method that keeps the glass on the screen, simply doesn't work on the plastic areas. As such, although it may be as big as the entire screen, it certainly doesn't offer protection to it. More so, it actually causes damage to the screen as it allows small particles of grit/dirt/dust under the edges which sit there grating the surface of the screen.
Also, it is not compatible with cases which create a bezel on the screen (most cases do this) as the thick plastic prevents the case from sitting as it should against the phone.
I've now got a glass screen protector that doesn't fit to the very curved edge of the screen and a case which creates a bezel and the fit is perfect.
