Musiclily Railhammer: single coil sized humbucker : black/chrome

Upon opening the package, there was copious amounts of wax on the front face as well as the back of the pickup. So, I cleaned it up. At least I can be sure it was wax potted...LOL... I wired it the way some previous reviewers suggested, and I got a single coil sound, 5.7 on ohm meter. I rewired it this way:
Red to switch,
Black to ground (shield as well, of course)
White and green together.
this brought about the humbucking mode.. 11.79 on the ohm meter.
I did have to sand the opening a bit to accommodate the pickup, but not much really.
Totally quiet, and roars like a lion when pushed. Cleans are quiet
and bass heavy, but easily adjusted.
I put this in a Harmony HT80 strat copy (1980's) talk about a beast....never sounded so good.
