Delicious coffee!

This review is about Starbucks VIA instant decaf Italian Roast. I looove this coffee. I can't have caffeine, but I love the flavor of strong coffee. This product tastes fantastic even several months after the BB date. I buy the "expired" ones to save $$. That way, I can enjoy my coffee beverage three times a day without guilt.

Wise guidance from a gentle Abbot

This book by Blessed Abbot Columba Marmion is a treasure. It's a compilation of excerpts from his letters of spiritual direction. His writing is simple and straightforward. He isn't teaching complicated theology. He talks to the reader (i.e. the recipient, such as a nun, or a young girl) in a gentle, fatherly manner. His advice is easily understood and applied to one's own life. He addresses our longing to be more closely united with Christ, and encourages us along the way with wise guidance from a Benedictine perspective.

Perfect latte

Starbucks VIA decaf Italian is the best. I combine it with Pero, soymilk and stevia for a delicious no-guilt "latte" two or three times a day.
